The entrance fees and annual subscriptions payable to the Institute shall be amended from time to time by the Executive Committee as stipulated. All Members, except Honorary Fellows and Honorary Members, shall be liable for the prescribed annual subscriptions and where applicable for the prescribed entrance fee in respect of their grade of membership except where the Council, in exceptional circumstances in a particular case, has waived or modified such fees or subscriptions.
